Yes, he does believe marriage is between a man and a woman, but he stated "When I am in office, I will let the states decide whether they allow gay marriage." He opposes Prop 8 because gay mariage is already allowed in California, and we cannot take that away from them. Come on, show respect. I'm going to a protest in Torrence this weekend.
