I joined this wiki because: I'm frustrated with lack of action when Medicare Home Care fraud/abuse is identified and reported to government/licensing agencies. Example: a 2 time convicted felon employed by a Medicare certified agency in Illinois. As an LPN, makes skilled nursing visits in elderly patients' home. Currently is STILL working. I've reported since 2007 to IDPH, OIG, Department of Professional Regulation and last month to Congressman Aaron Schock. This agency has also fraudulently billed hundreds of thousands of dollars to Medicare which I have proof of also. President Obama, I'm reporting this to you.
