That One?!

During the Second Presidential Debate, McCain referred to Obama as "that one". That is just plainly insulting and disrespectful. Doesn't McCain have any respect for his opponents? As a reminder, during the First Presidential Debate, McCain never looked at Obama, just blatantly ignoring him. We do not deserve to have someone this ignorant and disrespectful as president! 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I feel the exact same way.

Even if he hated Barack, he could at least have respect for the man. Or, at least, respect for America not to act like that.

I read an interesting article in the Seattle PI that talked about the "Willie Hortonization" of Obama, and how that sort of "slip" was actually a form of racism based on Lee Atwater's campaign strategies (the guy who used Willie Horton back in the day against... Dukakis, I think). We'll see if it'll work this time around, as it's a strategy the Repubs have used ever since. I hope it doesn't. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
