Accommodations for the inauguration

Hi, I live in Columbia, MD, according to mapquest 45 minutes, 31 miles from The White House. I have a lovely furnished master bedroom with private bath and use of living room area, kitchen in my 3 bedroom apt. available for the week of the inauguration. There's a queen sized bed, sofa, TV w cable and wifi and free parking. If interested please email me at kdemarco@bigstring.com. I couldn't get tickets myself, but would be happy to help someone find reasonable accomodations. Do you find this valuable?
