when our country is making billions in a network of consuption of black market goods and services we are exited how fast the buck changes hands at the cost of our health care reform.this scenario happened in china and the gov't had to make some tough choices after it quickly spun out of control with the citizens of the republic. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
