The Mortgage industry and money given to the Banks to help public is a total failure. I am a disabled us citizen who wanted to get loan modification just before the application be approved the Wachovia Bank namely Wells Fargo sold the loan to citi Residential a hardest Bank to work with and now I have no choice left.
