Doing the specifics is easy, the hard part is moving forward beyond the problems that seem so pressing at any given time.

As Robert Kennedy asked in the words of George Bernard Shaw: "Some men see things as they are and say 'Why?' I dream things that never were and say, 'Why not?'"

If one wants to create a “a how-to list,” do so; under inspirational leadership, those still imbued with the American can-do spirit will move far beyond those limits.
